All artistic production developed by Moses Gomes — including music, music videos, other creative works, and the use of his own image — whether presented here or disseminated by any other means authorized by him, such as the internet, television, radio, public performances, or any platforms, is carried out under the constitutional guarantees of freedom of expression and creation, as established by the Federal Constitution, particularly Article 5, item IX, and Article 220, caput and § 2, which prohibit any form of political, ideological, or artistic censorship. Furthermore, all works, content, and the author’s own image are protected under Law No. 9.610/1998 (Brazilian Copyright Law) and other applicable legislation governing image rights and personal honor, ensuring the exclusive use, enjoyment, and disposition of his creations and personal identity — whenever duly authorized by him. Any attempt to restrict, remove, or directly or indirectly attack his honor, his right to create, or his artistic expression, as well as any unauthorized use of his artistic work, constitutes a direct violation of fundamental rights and current legislation.
